Chomsky Story Pulls Double Duty on the HP

Remember how on Monday the Huffington Post covered the story about Noam Chomsky not being allowed to enter Israel? Well, apparently that wasn't enough information for the HPs audience so they published another story, this time about how Chomsky was instead going to deliver his speech through videoconferencing. It also had more information about what happened between him and Israel, but there was nothing new there.

Meanwhile, stories like Iran trading uranium with Turkey, Al Qaeda planning to attack the World Cup, and tensions between North and South Korea get just one story.

  1. I have read about a dozen of your posts and have to say that I have yet to find any real substance to justify all the effort you are expending.
Your examples of anti-semetism are generally very mild yet you seem to give them such importance.
I have to question whether this activity fosters a healthy mind.

  2. Anonymous,

It's precisely because of people such as yourself that this blog is necessary. Because anti-Semitism, and a really vicious form of anti-Zionism, is gaining traction on the left, it becomes "mild" for you.

    No big deal, really.

There's an international effort to undermine the legitimacy of the Jewish state and, thus, to rob the Jewish people of self-determination and self-defense.

And you are, apparently, OK with that.

    Well, we aren't.

Instead of the typical dismissiveness, you might consider listening to what these gentleman have to say.

btw, guys, I added you to my blog roll
