Anti-Semitic Incident In Greece

Ynetnews has covered the story about three young people who vandalized a Jewish cemetery in Thessaloniki, Greece on Saturday. According to the article,
"The assailants smeared graffiti in the cemetery, police said. Greece's Jewish Council said the perpetrators were Neo-Nazis who spray painted anti-Semitic slogans and swastikas on the cemetery walls and destroyed graves.

Jewish cemeteries and synagogues have been the target of recent attacks in Greece. In January, arsonists attacked a synagogue on the Aegean island of Crete, alarming Greece's 8,000-strong Jewish community."

But hey, don't worry, Greek Jews. According to the HPers, there's no such thing as anti-Semitism, so there's only two possibilities to explain this incident. 1) It didn't actually happen, so just don't think about it and pretend everything's fine or 2) you Greek Jews did something to deserve this attack, so as soon as you figure out what that is and fix it, you don't have to worry about it. But remember, this attack didn't happen just because you are Jews. That's clearly impossible.

  1. They just attacked the Zionists. There is no anti-Semitism in Greece, you know.

    Nah, couldn't be.
