Such an article is a useful counterpoint to when a Palestinian supporter tries to shill the myth of "Jews coming in and kicking the indigenous population out", a myth that is obviously wrong on several levels, but especially in this case.

An extremely interesting article we've been reading for a while is this one, about Arab immigration into Palestine. It's still a controversial historical viewpoint, but there is enough evidence presented in the article to make it worth your time to read. It's fairly complicated, but the article uses economic growth in Palestine to make the case that the population growth of the region could not have been caused by natural growth alone but must have been supplemented by a massive immigrant population. The author also quotes numerous other authors with additional evidence of Arab migration.
